Step 2: Qualification and Pre-Approval

Your financial objectives are reviewed and the loan gets underway with application and pre-approval.

What to expect from Sphynx Financial:
Your Commercial Loan Specialist will contact you to assess your needs, recommend the appropriate financing solution and help you complete the loan application. Borrowers with properties that qualify for financing will be sent a letter that outlines your loan amount, interest rate, documents required for underwriting and closing, and the estimated fee for appraisal.

What we'll need from you:
You'll be asked to provide documents necessary to process your loan. These vary by loan program but commonly include bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs, rent rolls and/or operating statements.
