Q: How do payments work? Do I pay everything upfront or can I pay in installments?

A: The setup and analysis fee can be paid in up to four installments. Half the fee is due upfront before any work begins and the remainder can be paid in monthly installments over the course of three months. The cost of the plan is based on complexity.

The follow-up fee is assessed quarterly and can be paid ahead either monthly, quarterly or annually.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the service? Can I get my money back?

A: We strive to provide the absolute best service to each and every client. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will refund you half the cost of services already rendered and discontinue further billing.

Q: Can I continue to use my existing accountant, attorney, etc.?

A: Absolutely! We’ll work with any existing financial experts to create a comprehensive and cohesive plan. We function as an intermediary between experts to make sure everyone is on the same page. If you have a great relationship with your existing expert, please let us know!

Q: What are your credentials?

A: Our Executive Financial Planner, Arielle Minicozzi, became a CFP® certificant in 2016. This certification required prior planning experience, an 18-month, in-depth training and a rigorous examination.

All CFP® certificants adhere to a fiduciary standard, meaning they work for their clients’ best interest above their own and are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Arielle also worked for 5.5 years as a loan officer with a major bank before starting Sphynx Financial in 2017.
