Business Development Managers
Sphynx Financial specializes in providing Small Balance Commercial loans for small business owners and commercial real estate investors. We are actively seeking Business Development Managers (BDM) to expand our retail loan orignation business nationwide. Sphynx Financial is a fast growing, fast paced company. We operate in a high energy results oriented TEAM environment. The BDM will develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, investors, lawyers and other real estate professionals who have the ability or influence to deliver commercial mortgage opportunities. The position has a very rewarding compensation program that is based on production.
Requirements
The Relationship Manager will report to the Sales Director and is responsible for self-sourcing individual loan production. This is accomplished by completing the following requirements: Establishing, expanding and maintaining productive professional relationships and meeting minimum activity standards. Soliciting and evaluating loan applications while maintaining an accurate knowledge of each deal in their active pipeline. Coordinating with operations staff and acting as a liaison between Sphynx Financial and submitting entities to ensure timely and smooth transactions.
While this is primarily an inside sales position, the Relationship Manager will need to display superior presentation and consultative skills over the phone and occasionally in person and represent the Sphynx Financial opportunity in any forum.
